Your expertise will contribute to the seamless production for all our outlets and special events, continuously elevating our pastry offerings by incorporating the latest trends into our portfolio. **Responsibilities**:

- Cooperate in managing, training, and providing end-to-end support to the team of pastry chefs and bakers in accordance with Vila Vita standards;
- Ensure correct and effective production service for all sales points, as per production requests, as well as ensuring service for special events;
- Support the Pastry Chef in controlling all operational aspects of the Pastry Department;
- Participate and suggest new trends to enhance the Vila Vita portfolio in the realm of pastry;
- Act and work together on all Vila Vita gastronomic projects to ensure effectiveness in a uniquely developed gastronomy;
- Provide support in guest loyalty, maintaining brand standards, and offering service excellence throughout each guest experience.
