- Trabalhar em parceria com o Chef Pasteleiro, dando suporte na organização do trabalho e da equipa;
- Participar na criação dos menus, opções disponíveis e apresentação de tendências;
- Respeitar os _standards _definidos para o conceito do espaço;
- Cooperar no bom funcionamento do espaço;
**Perfil e Requisitos**:

- Experiência profissional em funções semelhantes (preferencial);
- Formação especializada em pastelaria e padaria;
- Conhecimento de línguas estrangeiras (inglês - requisito; outras línguas - preferencial);
- Capacidade de liderança e gestão de conflitos;
- Boa capacidade de comunicação e organização;
- Forte orientação para o cliente;
- Espírito de equipa, flexibilidade, dinamismo e proatividade;
- Facilidade na interação com a equipa;
- Disponibilidade para horários rotativos.

- Work in partnership with the Pastry Chef, providing support organizing taks and the team;
- Participate in the creation of menus, available options and presentation of trends;
- Respect the standards defined for the concept of the space;
- Cooperate in the proper functioning of the space;

- _Professional experience in similar functions (preferred); _
- Specialized training in pastry and bakery;
- _Knowledge of foreign languages (English - requirement; other languages - preferred);_
- _Leadership and conflict management skills;_
- _Strong customer orientation; _
- Good communication and organization skills;
- _Team spirit, flexibility, dynamism and proactivity; _
- _Ease of interaction with the team; _
- _Availability for rotating schedules._
