Ferring+You

As our Senior Manager, People & Organizational Development ELAC you will hold a dual responsibility as the representative of the global People and Organizational Development (POD) Centre of Excellence (COE) in ELAC region by participating and designing global projects and help bridging the gap between Global and Regional teams. You will play an agnostic role, meaning you will support all of Ferring, while balancing a global strategic perspective with a regional execution focus.

You will report to the VP, Global People & Organization and will work closely with the Senior HR Directors (Region), Global HRBP, local HR and line management (all functions) to deliver high quality support towards POD processes, programmes, and initiatives (performance management, employee engagement, talent management, L&D and leadership).

Your day at Ferring- Manage, implement and support assigned POD programmes, processes, and initiatives within the ELAC region across all functions (e.g., Grow and Perform for Success (GPS) programme across business).- Support business leaders and HRBP’s within the assigned perimeter on Learning & Development, Talent Management, Performance Management and Engagement.- Contribute to the POD roadmap through owning specific deliverables both at a global and regional level.- Plan and project manage specific policies development and guidelines related with training tools (e.g., Train the Trainer).- Liaise with global COE and local HR teams, ensuring needs and expectations are accurately captured and mutually understood.- KPI’s monitoring and feedback management together with Talent Management and L&D teams to assess the effectiveness of the implemented programmes.

Behind our Mission There’s you- 6+ years in Human Resources, with hands-on experience in Learning, Development, Talent management and/or Performance management.- Familiar with technologies used in POD areas (Workday, Service Now, LMS).- Excellent facilitation, presentation, consultation, and coaching skills.- Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering training.- Experience in project management or as a project team member.- Strong relationship building and communication skills with the ability to influence.- International experience within a multicultural organization is a strong plus.- Travel within the region when required.- Strong business acumen skills- Ability to work in a matrix organisation as well as in a fast paced and changing environment- Fluent English is a must. Proficiency in additional languages a plus.
