Tareas
- Prestarás asistencia por teléfono/correo electrónico y resolverá las dudas de los clientes
- Te asegurarás de que los datos recibidos se mantienen de forma precisa y oportuna
- Garantizarás el mantenimiento de la gestión de Master Data
- Te encargarás de la gestión del proceso de facturación
- Proporcionarás soporte del software LISA a ventas
- Te encargarás de los inventarios de ventas
- Controlarás los informes de ventas no registradas y prestarás apoyo en la gestión de existencias de ventas

**Requisitos**:

- Tener como mínimo el título de bachillerato
- Tienes al menos 1 año de experiência en Atención al Cliente (Soporte al Cliente, Entrada de Pedidos/ Front Office)
- Te sientes cómodo trabajando con SAP/ERP (preferido)
- Tienes un buen conocimiento de Excel (Tablas Dinámicas, Fórmulas - vlookups, condicionales etc)
- Tienes un nível nativo o C1 tanto en portugués como en español
- Nível de inglés B1 como mínimo
