**The team you'll be part of**

**CFO Global Business Services** is a diverse team at the frontline, delivering finance and operational business services towards Nokia Business Groups and Central Functions. Our vision is to be the strategic partner for business service execution and digital process transformation, enabling Nokia to make business simpler and with greater transparency.

**What you will learn and contribute to**

As part of the **Global Business Services (GBS) Business Operations team** you will experience how general operations and business management can support the entire GBS organization to run effectively and efficiently, by providing a bridge between strategic vision and operational readiness. At large, GBS Business Operations comprises of performance managent, competence management, change management and management operations.

As part of our team, you will:

- Support the GBS Lisbon Site Head with local initiatives
- Coordinate engagement and partnership with local universities
- Act as GBS representative to drive local employee engagement activities and represent GBS in employee engagement forums
- Drive GBS communications by establishing a framework that utilizes different communication channels (on-line postings, newsletters, info sessions, etc...)
- Produce communication materials (presentations, videos, articles, etc...) in cooperation with stakeholders
- Execute SharePoint Site maintenance and other related activities
- Organize and coordinate site meetings and all-hands calls

**Your skills and experience**
- High energy, enthusiastic and persistent
- Determined and result-oriented
- Self-driven and able to work independently in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent presentations and communication skills

It would be nice if you also had:

- Project Management experince
- Experince in working in a multicultural environment
