**What you will learn and contribute to**
In the role of Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the overall headcount planning for the S&T DO Enterprise Applications organization. You will be working with the org unit domain leads to understand their headcount strategy and requirements, on monitoring the movement of headcount comparing with the plan. Your activities will include, but not be limited to:
- Headcount changes related to offer declines, offer acceptances, restructures and organization changes learned from recruiters/hiring managers (HMs)/domain leads.
- Add/Update requisition requests from HMs to the plan.
- Investigate and reconcile 3 yr strategy headcount plan including trainee and college hires.
- Update headcount plan according to insourcing file information.
- Review and validate headcount business case submissions and approve.
- Create monthly domain reports and meet with domain leads to review execution to the headcount plan. This will include attrition, business case status, drop outs, status vs strategy, trainee and college graduate hiring status.
- Review updated file with DO Operations in preparation of monthly actuals load. Validate actuals received and Investigate discrepancies and re-align.
- Create monthly EA headcount to review with EA leadership team.
- Ensure training material for onboarding of new hires remains up to date by the domains and follows the guidelines for EA.
- Support EA reorganizations by ensuring that the HR and IT tools receive the correct changes and updates, and by providing the required information for HR discussions with local worker’s councils.
**Your skills and experience**
You have:
- Strong judgement and experience working with sensitive employee data and information.
- Practical experience of managing headcount plans for a large organization
- Outstanding collaboration as a team player, with the ability to multitask autonomously
- Excellent communication and presentation skills that can take large amounts of data and create in a way that is logical and actionable for leadership
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint. Basic skills in Sharepoint and MS Teams. PowerBI knowledge is a plus.
