**The team you'll be part of**

Our Business Group is Remote Project Management inside Deploy Stream. In our team your mission will be Support and monitor service supplier when they are performing site implementation activities at site to improve quality, reduce lead-time and avoid clean-up -> 1st time right.

Support Nokia Local Teams and our Customers by providing Remote Project Management Services as other Backoffice Admin activities.

We are driven by strong standardization methods, implementing innovation initiatives to improve processes and respective lead times.

**Scope of Works**
- **Role Description**
- Responsible for rollout plan creation & execution, including customer acceptance for its region
- Responsible for alignment among relevant stakeholders on rollout plan
- Responsible for management of rollout progress in its region
- Responsible for management of int. and ext. field deployment teams/members.
- Responsible that rollout scope is delivered in time and required quality.
- Responsible to monitor and provide operational visibility in order to assure proper project reporting done by PMO
- Responsible for adherence to Deploy processes and tools
- Responsible in managing the day-to-day operations with supplier and provide performance feedback to PD/RPM and track the agreed field KPIs.
- Responsible to manage the constraints and risks of project, including dependencies on other relevant stakeholders (accountable is PD)
- Responsible for adherence to Deploy processes and tools
- Take proactive actions toward implementing cost savings Transformation actions within the constraints of the project
- **Main Deliverables**
- Rollout plans defined and executed for assigned customer project.
- Rollout Progress Monitoring and Control with relevant Stakeholders (regional rollout manager, procurement, supply chain, GSD..) for the region
- Co-ordinate for various issues with respective stake holders
- Identify change and claim and process it according to laid procedures
- Managing, and accepting/rejecting service supplier work
- Achieving targeted rollout, committed to Customer for his/her region
- Provide rollout and manpower forecast
- Risk Management in place for the sites under deployment.
- Supporting Customer supply manager for good receipts of the materials for the project
- Initiate change claim management for the project
- Control, Manage & reporting of commissioning spare inventory

**What you will learn and contribute to**

As part of our team, you will:

- Being part of Project Mgmt team, you will support other teams, acting as an umbrella regarding Rollout Manager and control activities, in order to efficiently optimize E2E processes.
- Continuous Project Management Planning and implementation of the Project Management Plan
- Contributes to the customization of global e2e operational processes to project requirements (e.g., network operations processes, supply chain process, logistics processes, acceptance process etc.) and ensures it is aligned with Nokia MoO.
- Contributes proactively to Project Management and Delivery Processes Planning to reflect the changing environment
- Contributing to achieving the project targets set in the PTA to for the applicable part(s)
- Ensures that services delivery management relies on fact based and verified schedules and forecasts (or the applicable part of the project scope)

**Your skills and experience**

You have:

- Established skills and knowledge of theory and principles within a professional discipline. Uses functionally specific knowledge. Typically, 3-5 years directly related experience and a graduate equivalent degree.
- Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or similar (preferential)
- Knowledge of Telecom site rollout processes, installation, Documentation validation; Self Motivated, handle Multiple Tasks; Strong capability to deliver according to scope and time; Capacity to work in teams; Health & safety awareness; Good Communication Skills; Team Player.
- Excellent English skill and preferably others such as German, Spanish, French, Italian, Danish.

It would be nice if you also had:

- Knowledge of Nokia environment (Experience in RPM Projects is preferential)
- Result Oriented, (KPI oriented); Problem solving capacity; Leadership capacity (fundamental)
