**The team you’ll be part of**:

At CNS (Cloud and Network Services) we are seeking a **Digital Operations Specialist** to join our team based in Portugal and support the CNS (Cloud and Network Services) product portfolio,and be part of the Global Care Center for digital operations and digital networks.
**What you will learn and contribute to**:
**Administration/Installation/Upgrade/Troubleshooting experience in any of the products below**
- **Nokia NetAct /Service Quality Manager/Nokia Cloud Operations Manager**:
- **Nokia Performance Manager/ Nokia Assurance Center/**:
- **FlowOne/Nokia Orchestration Center/Automated Operations and Recovery**
- Remote case handling and software change management for the Global customers is added advantage.
- Troubleshoot system management, fault management, configuration management and performance management issues.
- Troubleshooting integration problems of Network elements in 2G, 3G, 4G technologies.
- Cooperate with the team to resolve complex matters
- Investigate and provide RCA for any major outages
- Support report writing as required by management
- Analyze, investigate and solve the technical issues indicated by the customers;
- Deliver to the customers the appropriate services for the maintenance of their networks;
- Guarantee the highest satisfaction level of the customer through the SLA (Service Level Agreement);
- Diagnose and solve customer’s problems on remotely;
- If necessary, start an on-location intervention via the intervention centre;
- When applicable, coordinate with product expert;
- Give information on incident and end it;
- Identify business opportunities and transfer them to the sales team;
- Obligations period;
- Interactions with customers, technical experts, intervention centres & Welcome Centre.
- On duty rota 24x7 when required to meet client demands.
**Your skills and experience**:
**You have**:
- Fluent English level (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Kubernetes technical medium expertise;
- Virtualized infrastructure knowledge expertise;
- Overall troubleshooting experience.
**It would be nice if you also had**:
- Oracle and MariaDB knowledge;
- Scripting knowledge;
