**What You Will Do**
- The Product Coordinator at Jolera is a critical link between our product management and platform service teams. This role is designed to support the planning, development, and launch of IT products and services while ensuring that product releases are delivered on time. The Coordinator will work closely with various platform business units, platform managers, and project teams to understand product concepts, requirements, and project artifacts. This position demands a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. _
**_Key Responsibilities: _**
- **_Coordination and Support: _**_Assist in the coordination of product development and project management activities, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed. _
- **_Documentation and Artifacts: _**_Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, schedules, and status reports, ensuring that all project stakeholders have access to the latest information. _
- **_Communication: _**_Serve as a key point of communication between product managers, project teams, and other internal stakeholders, facilitating clear and timely information exchange. _
- **_Scheduling and Planning: _**_Help to schedule meetings, deadlines, and deliverables for both product development and project execution phases, ensuring that timelines are met. _
- **_Resource Allocation: _**_Assist in the allocation of resources across projects and products, ensuring optimal use of personnel and materials. _
- **_Risk Management: _**_Support the identification and tracking of potential risks and issues within projects and product development, assisting in the development of mitigation strategies. _
- **_Reporting: _**_Generate regular reports on product development progress and project statuses for senior management and relevant stakeholders.**_Qualifications: _**
- _Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, or a related field. _
- _3-5 years of experience in a coordination role within product management, project management, or a similar field. _
- _Strong organizational and multitasking skills. _
- _Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. _
- _Proficiency in project management software and tools. _
- _Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders. _
