Senior Employer Branding Manager

**YOUR ROLE AT SIXT**
- You develop and implement international employer branding strategies and projects
- You create global frameworks for engaging content for various platforms, including social media, career websites and job boards and carry out market analyses to identify industry trends and competitive strategies
- You test and implement creative recruiting channels, develop new strategies and think "out-of-the-box" in close coordination with various teams
- You work closely with the Marketing, HR, and Communication departments and act as a sparring partner on equal footing for our internal global stakeholders, regularly communicating our successes

**YOUR SKILLS MATTER**
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Human Resources, or a related field and have gained at least 2-5 years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or a related area
- You possess strong project management and organizational skills (preferably in an international work environment). You can demonstrate success in developing and implementing successful employer branding projects
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English (B2+/C1)
- You have a creative mindset with the ability to pitch and implement new ideas and approaches. Additionally, you are proficient in using social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools
