About the role - What’s your purpose?

We are looking for an Enterprise Product Analyst to work within the Strategic Solutions team to be the main client-facing analyst for one of our largest projects at Signal.

The role needs to understand the bespoke analytics product to a deep level in order to balance both data quality management & improvements and client support & enablement. You’ll be involved in running client discovery & ideation workshops and support in the best ways to visualise data. You will work closely with developers, account managers & clients in order to support delivery, especially by ensuring the product is fit for purpose.

This role will give you the opportunity for a deep-dive into a multi-year project with a major professional services client and will provide you with a strong insight into how to implement AI solutions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities - What will you be doing?
- Technical support for our key enterprise solutions, working within the delivery team
- Audit data quality and advise on best practice using Signal data
- Edit and design BI dashboards, particularly using Power BI
- Understand client project requirements and how our data maps to them
- Handle large amounts of data for both processing and reading purposes
- First-line technical contact for clients
- Management of frameworks and scoring within Comms data analytics

What we are looking for:

- Proficient in data analysis and dashboard design
- Detail-oriented for data quality auditing
- Confident in BI tools (Power BI predominantly, Tableau, Looker)
- Experienced in communicating technical issues with both clients and engineers
- Confident in ETL process management (Excel essential, Python/SQL preferable)
- Understanding of data modelling & transformation
- Experience with data as a service and working with commercial timelines
- Understanding of data viz in a commercial setting, especially in PR & Comms

Salary €40,000 - €45,000 per annum
