The team you will be a part of

CNS Operations drives a responsive customer-centric Lead-to-Cash execution model across CNS BUs and GTM units, focusing on Order-to-Cash and Source-to-Pay. The CNS Operations team operates a reliable and cost-optimized supply chain, drives supply industrialization, simplification & automation, and manages a resilient supplier eco-system. We provide a robust and agile CNS Operating System for process transformation & digitalization, create transparency on the performance across the value chain of processes and provide fact-based process insights for reporting and decision making to the units of CNS.

What you will learn and contribute to

As part of the team, you will:

- Coordinate the order intake (chasing required inputs and SAPIENS Tool upload)
- Coordinate the Invoicing via Wipro for CEWA/Middle East/ VF accounts - manual invoice required for AIRTEL/DU/Telenor..
- Submit invoices - close follow-up required and alignment with F&C and Project for CEWA/Middle East/ VF accounts
- Audit-related queries (Ordering & Invoicing for Middle East Accounts)
- Interfacing with Project/pre Sales to support first time right ordering ( FTCO initiative)
- Direct interfacing with customer for invoice resolutions (tax related issues in Saudi/Kenya. Pakistan.UAE)
- Follow up on shipments & Related shipment approvals ( SGS/DG ) for CEWA, ME and Growth market
- IQI & NIR actions & resolutions
- Demand Planning in DMT for CNS MEA
- MEA MO CNS KPI monitoring & PRM support
- Digital initiative support

Your skills and experience

You have:

- Good communication skills, especially in English
- Fast learner of new tools and processes
- Supply Chain studies or interest
- Good knowledge of managing Excel, PowerPoint Microsoft Software and doing analysis of Excel data, data in general and preparing reports.

It would be nice if you also had:

- Previous experience with Order Management
- Previous experience with Operations
- Interest on automation
- Teamwork
- Critical Thinking
