Job description

A Solution Sales Manager for Amaris is in one word an intrapreneur.

Every manager has the opportunity to have an impact on the development of Amaris Consulting and become the Leader of tomorrow.

It’s not always easy to summarize what an intrapreneur does at Amaris, but it’s all about operating on 3 main axes:
Business Development

The idea is step by step to find your own customers, by doing market analysis to identify prospects, contacting them through cold calling, and organizing meetings to identify projects on which we could accompany them thanks to our expertise. You will also work with Amaris managers to promote sustainable solutions to their clients.

**Recruitment and Management of your team of consultants**:
As a manager, you will build your own team (find and attract the best talents with the right expertise and skillset), then be there to help them evolve and develop their skills. You’ll oversee the follow-up of the projects and of the satisfaction of your consultants.

Your goal is to Lead the daily life of your structure and provide the best working conditions for your team.

**Offer catalog adaptation**:
You will be responsible of the development of the offer catalog to maximize the chance to achieve your business plan. You will work with the Centre of excellence director to improve the solution we propose in order to meet the expectation of the market.

By joining our center of excellence, you will be coached and mentored by the CoE director on a daily basis, and she will support you at any time

We are looking for young professionals with an entrepreneurial spirit, who want to push themselves beyond the limit, attracted by challenges, self-starters and highly ambitious:
Graduated with a master’s degree in Business or Engineering
Interested in working in a demanding environment where excellence is the main driver
Structured and organized, but also with a “competitive and entrepreneurial” character
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English

**Brief Call**: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities

**Case study**: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
