New Shared Service Center | Office Manager | IT Admin

We're currently working with a US multinational company, which is starting the implementation of a Shared Service Center in Porto. They are looking to build a shared services operation focused on Accounts Payable, with further expansion into other functions planned in the mid term. This role will provide a wide range of administrative support to the team working in the Shared Service Center.
Your new role
Manages the office space, including (temporary) office assignments
Maintains the stock of office material and supplies
Manages the budget for office administration, analyzing and comparing costs, handling the purchasing
Coordinates external parties for facility management, security, maintenance
Provides general support to employees and visitors

**Provides 1st level support for IT issues regarding**: Office software, SAP, phones, printers, conferencing tools, etc.
Sets up IT equipment for new colleagues
Provides basic training on the IT equipment
Performs other duties as directed by management

**What you'll need to succeed**:
Minimum of 3 years work experience providing daily administrative management for a global business support center
Strong working knowledge of IT administration and system security
Advanced organizational skills, open minded and receptive to change
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate professionally in English and with multiple parties (other languages a plus)
Experience working and interacting with customers and technical staff
Self organized working style with ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong administrative, analytical, and problem solving skills
Advanced interpersonal, customer response and service skills
