Senior Specialist HR Projects for Global Onboarding

As a Senior Specialist HR Projects for Global Onboarding Experience, you will support the development and implementation of a global onboarding program.

In your new role you will:

- Contribute to the **development of the global onboarding program **in terms of content, didactics and structure.
- Detail out the **modular approach for the onboarding program **in close collaboration with the regions.
- Derive a **concept for the delivery framework and logistics **of the onboarding program in close collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Contribute to the **development of a detailed roadmap for the global implementation **of the onboarding program.
- Define and implement a **holistic communication and marketing approach **for the onboarding offerings.
- Prepare **logistics and technical tools **for the implementation of the onboarding program.
- Align **onboarding content, processes, and delivery **with regions & key stakeholders.
- Be responsible for **program management **including time management, overview of budget and quality.

You understand how to develop and establish globally scalable programs and structures, having strong experience in managing and designing global (training) programs. You are a highly structured self-starter. You take ownership of shared goals and work across borders to achieve success, bringing creative ideas and expertise to your work. Furthermore, your great communication skills allow you to quickly establish successful cooperation within your team and different stakeholders.

You are best equipped for this position if you have:

- **Degree in Psychology, Education or Business Administration **or related field.
- **At least 3 years of relevant work experience **in a **global work environment **- ideally in an **HR function **.
- Profound **experience in designing methodically and didactically **sound learning formats **and **basic understanding of onboarding programs **.
- **Structured and independent way of working **including a good understanding of story-lining, i.e. the factual and logical preparation of presentations and concepts.
- Strong **execution, customer and results-oriented **work style.
- Confident and proficient in all common **Office formats **, especially **PowerPoint **.
- **Team player **with the ability to work beyond your own area of responsibility.
- Strong conceptual and **project management skills **.
- Good **communication and presentation **skills.
- Excellent **English **skills.
