About the role

As an auto claims FNOL handler, you will investigate First Notice of Loss (FNOL) claims to determine liability, managing the quality of the information entered our system while providing customer service.

You will manage and record claim details and calls efficiently and ensure that data is processed accurately.

**What you need to know**:
Understand the claims journey as to actions required
Reporting and recording details of new motor incidents
To provide a claims handling service by acting as first point of contact for clients
Liaising with insurers, repairers and other agents.

**Primary duties include**:
Call handling of FNOL claims and from clients
Manage the FNOL process with the client to determine the most appropriate course of action
Instruct repairers and service providers when required
Initial liability assessment
Undertake any other duties from claims department as necessary
