- Attracting customers, constantly expanding the customer base.
- Negotiating with potential and existing clients.
- Presentation and sale of a line of financial products.
- Optimization and increase in the profitability of the client base.
- Analysis of the market and competitive environment.
- Interaction with various departments in the framework of project work.
- Preparation of commercial offers;
- Conducting meetings, and concluding contracts;
**Qualifications** Knowledge and skills**:

- Experience in sales in the international market in the financial or IT field.
- Work experience in fintech is a must.
- Negotiation and presentation skills.
- Quick adaptation, ability to work at a fast pace and stress resistance, desire to develop in the fintech industry.
- Focus on results.
- Experience in building a sales process within the department.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese

**Would be a plus**:

- Experience in the crypto domain;
- Having a customer base and professional networking will be a plus
