**Your day to day**:
*** O Grupo Hoteleiro PHC Hotels encontra-se a recrutar para a sua nova unidade em Lisboa, Convent Square Lisbon Hotel**:
**Técnico de manutenção polivalente (M/F) para integrar a equipa de manutenção do Hotel**
*** Principais Responsabilidades**:
- **Irá reportar ao Chefe de Manutenção e desempenhará funções inerentes à manutenção de espaços e equipamentos das Unidades Hoteleiras, com intervenção nas mais diversas áreas de atuação nomeadamente eletricidade, canalização, ares condicionados, carpintaria.**

- **Habilitações académicas ao nível do 12.º ano de escolaridade ou superior;**

- **Experiência profissional anterior em funções similares;**

- **Conhecimento de Instalações Técnicas (Eletricidade, Sistemas de Ar Condicionado e Ventilação, Sistemas de Segurança (CCTV e Deteção de Incêndios); Canalização, Rede de Gás), Gestão Técnica Centralizada, Sistemas Eletromecânicos, Audiovisuais, Construção Civil e Carpintaria);**

- **Disponibilidade de horários;**

- **Gosto pelo trabalho em equipa e bom relacionamento interpessoal;**

- **Boa capacidade de comunicação.**
