**Your day to day**:
*** O Grupo Hoteleiro PHC Hotels encontra-se a recrutar para a sua nova Unidade em Lisboa**:
*** Barman (M/F)**
*** Responsabilidades**:
***
- **Prepara e serve bebidas simples e compostas, e executa as preparações prévias necessárias;**
***
- **Garante a fidelização de clientes através de uma postura profissional, proativa e empática, procurando sempre antecipar e superar as necessidades e expectativas dos clientes;**
***
- **Vende e promove os serviços do Hotel;**:
- **Cuida do asseio e **higiene** dos utensílios de preparação e serviço de bebidas;**:
- **Cuida da **limpeza** e organização das instalações do bar;**
***
- **Trabalha em estreita colaboração com os colegas de restaurante para oferecer um serviço de alimentação verdadeiramente perfeito;**
***
***:
- Prepara snacks e cafés, chás e outras infusões;**
- **Colabora na organização e funcionamento de eventos e banquetes;**:
- **Proceder ou colaborar na execução de inventários periódicos do hotel ou secção.**
**What we need from you**

- **Formação superior ou técnica/profissional na área de restaurante / bar;**
***
- **Experiência profissional anterior em cadeias hoteleiras internacionais;**
***
- **Domínio da Língua Inglesa (eliminatório);**
***
- **Capacidade de trabalho, planeamento e organização;**
***
- **Atitude positiva e proativa;**
***
- **Iniciativa, simpatia, facilidade de trabalho em equipa e boa apresentação;**
***
- **Boa capacidade de orientação para o cliente;**
***
- **Disponibilidade e flexibilidade de horários.**
