**Your day to day**:
*** O Grupo Hoteleiro PHC Hotels encontra-se a recrutar para a sua nova Unidade em Lisboa**:
*** Concierge (M/F)**

*** Missão**:
*** Responsabilidades**:

- **Identificar e antecipar as necessidades do cliente e desenvolver/concretizar de forma consistente essas expectativas, proporcionando uma experiência extraordinária a todos os clientes;**

***
- **Oferecer soluções personalizadas ao sugerir atividades e serviços prestados pelo hotel;**

***
- **Atender hóspedes na prestação de informações e controlar entrada e saída de clientes;**

***
- **Prestar apoio aos hóspedes na compra de passeios e aluguer de carros, orienta sobre indicações e reservas de restaurantes e atividades turísticas**, entre outras solicitações.**

**What we need from you**

- **Formação superior ou técnica/profissional na área de Gestão Hoteleira ou Técnicas de Alojamento;**

***
- **Experiência profissional anterior em cadeias hoteleiras internacionais;**

***

- **Atitude positiva, proativa e comercial/vendas;**

***
- **Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e escuta;**

***
- **Capacidade de trabalho, gestão de tempo e mú ltiplas tarefas;**

***
- **Elevada orientação para o cliente com foco no detalhe;**

***
- **Cordial, educado(a), confiante e espírito de serviço;**

- **Boa apresentação e imagem;**

***
- **Disponibilidade e flexibilidade para horários rotativos e por turnos.**
