O Grupo Hoteleiro PHC Hotels encontra-se a recrutar para integrar a cozinha da sua nova Unidade em Lisboa
Cozinheiro (M/F)
**Responsabilidades**:
- Preparar e confecionar as refeições e pratos ligeiros;
- Receber os víveres e outros produtos necessários à confeção das refeições, sendo responsável pela sua guarda e conservação;
- Preparar o peixe, os legumes e as carnes e proceder à execução das operações culinárias;
- Zelar pela limpeza da cozinha, dos utensílios e demais equipamentos.

- Formação profissional na área de Cozinha;
- Experiência profissional em funções similares;
- Valoriza-se experiência em cadeias hoteleiras internacionais;
- Pessoa dinâmica, proactiva, com espírito de entrega e sentido de responsabilidade;
- Facilidade de trabalhar em equipa e gosto pela função;
- Flexibilidade e polivalência;
- Disponibilidade horária.
