Your day to dayO Grupo Hoteleiro PHC Hotels encontra-se a recrutar para a sua Unidade Convent Square Lisbon Hotel em Lisboa: Empregado de mesa 1.ª (M/F) Principais responsabilidades: Preparar diariamente todo o "set-up" de serviço à carta ou buffet;Limpar as mesas, cadeiras, louça, copos e talheres assim como todo o material para a mise-en-place;Limpar e preparar mesas para o serviço conforme os standards definidos;Efetuar o serviço completo de mesas, desde o transporte da roda até ao desembaraçar da loiça;Garantir a fidelização de hóspedes através de uma postura profissional e proativa, procurando sempre antecipar e superar as necessidades e expectativas dos clientes;Venda e promoção dos serviços do Hotel.What we need from you Requisitos: Formação na área no âmbito de curso profissional;Experiência profissional comprovada na função valorizando-se experiência em cadeias hoteleiras internacionais;Domínio da língua inglesa (outros idiomas são valorizados);Excelentes competências de comunicação e bom relacionamento interpessoal;Sentido de responsabilidade e de organização;Atitude atenciosa e prestável para com os clientes, tratando-os com simpatia;Espírito de equipa, proatividade e dinamismo;Apresentação cuidada;Disponibilidade imediata.What we offer Oferecemos: Remuneração compatível com a função;Integração em equipa dinâmica numa estrutura sólida em expansão.Se considera reunir os requisitos necessários e gostaria de fazer parte desta marca em crescimento envie o seu CV com o assunto CSH-Mesa1 para o endereço de e-mail indicado para o efeito.
