Your day to day
O Grupo Hoteleiro PHC Hotels encontra-se a recrutar para integrar a cozinha da sua Unidade Convent Square Lisbon Hotel em Lisboa:
Cozinheiro 2.ª (M/F)
Principais Responsabilidades:
Preparar e confecionar as refeições e pratos ligeiros;
Receber os víveres e outros produtos necessários à confeção das refeições, sendo responsável pela sua guarda e conservação;
Preparar o peixe, os legumes e as carnes e proceder à execução das operações culinárias;
Zelar pela limpeza da cozinha, dos utensílios e demais equipamentos.

Formação profissional na área de Cozinha;
Experiência profissional em funções similares;
Valoriza-se experiência em cadeias hoteleiras internacionais;
Pessoa dinâmica, proactiva, com espírito de entrega e sentido de responsabilidade;
Facilidade de trabalhar em equipa e gosto pela função;
Flexibilidade e polivalência;
Disponibilidade horária.
