**Your day to day**:
*** O Grupo Hoteleiro PHC Hotels encontra-se a recrutar para a sua** Unidade Convent Square Lisbon Hotel em Lisboa**:
*** Doorman (M/F)**
*** Principais responsabilidades**:
*** Profissional com uma atitude positiva, dinâmica e proativa.**
*** As primeiras impressões são tudo. Quando os hóspedes chegam aos nossos hotéis, queremos que essa impressão seja memorável. O mesmo se aplica às saídas. Quando os hóspedes deixam o hotel, queremos que saiam com um sorriso e com a sensação de que estivemos lá para eles também durante toda a sua estadia. Queremos contruir uma experiência que seja memorável e ú nica do início ao fim da estadia**

- **Estar focados na arte do bem receber;**
***
- **Acolher os hóspedes e clientes à entrada do estabelecimento, facilitando-lhes a saída e o acesso às viaturas de transportes;**
***
- **Indicar os locais de receção, cooperando de um modo geral na execução dos serviços de portaria, devendo vigiar a entrada e saída do estabelecimento de pessoas e mercadorias;**
***
- **Tomar a iniciativa de dar indicações aos hóspedes durante as suas experiências de chegada e partida;**
***
**What we need from you**
*** Requisitos**:
***
- **Formação superior ou técnica/profissional na área de Gestão Hoteleira ou Técnicas de Alojamento;**
***
- **Experiência profissional anterior em cadeias hoteleiras internacionais;**
***
- **Domínio da Língua Inglesa (eliminatório);**
***
- **Capacidade de trabalho, planeamento e organização;**
***
- **Atitude positiva e proativa;**
***
- **Boa capacidade de orientação para o cliente;**
***
- **Disponibilidade e flexibilidade de horários.**
