**Your day to day**:
*** O Grupo Hoteleiro PHC Hotels encontra-se a recrutar para a sua unidade Convent Square Lisbon Hotel**:
**Subchefe de cozinha (M/F) para integrar na equipa de Cozinha do Hotel**
**Principais responsabilidades**:

- **Prepara e confeciona refeições;**
***
- **Controla stocks e custos;**
***
- **Apoia na gestão da equipa;**
***
- **Assegura que a cozinha opera dentro dos prazos e padrões de qualidade exigidos;**
***
- **Substitui o Chef, quando necessário, no planeamento e gestão da equipa;**
***
- **Tem uma abordagem positiva e profissional com a equipa;**
***
- **Garante o cumprimento das normas de higiene e segurança no trabalho.**

- **Formação técnica em cozinha;**:
- **Experiência anterior relevante na função e no setor de hotelaria;**
***
- **Capacidade de gerir pessoas e trabalhar sob pressão;**

- **Resiliente e dinâmico;**

- **Espírito de iniciativa, dinâmico e empático, com boa capacidade de comunicação;**:
- **Capacidade de **trabalho** em equipa;**

- **Disponibilidade de horários.**
