**O Grupo Hoteleiro PHC Hotels encontra-se a recrutar para a sua unidade Convent Square Lisbon Hotel - Vignette Collection em Lisboa**:
**Chefe de cozinha (M/F) para integrar na equipa de Cozinha do Hotel**
**Principais responsabilidades**:
- **Liderar a brigada de cozinha e garantir o desenvolvimento contínuo dos membros da equipa;**

- **Criar menus que atendam e superem as necessidades dos clientes e estejam em conformidade com os padrões da marca;**
***
- **Garantir a produção consistente de alimentos de alta qualidade em todos os estabelecimentos de alimentação do hotel;**
***
- **Desenvolver relações positivas com os clientes através da interação proativa com convidados, membros da equipa e fornecedores;**
***
- **Resolver, pronta e integralmente, quaisquer problemas que possam surgir na cozinha ou áreas afins entre hóspedes e colaboradores;**
***
- **Gerir as operações do departamento, incluindo orçamento, previsão, planeamento de recursos e gestão de resíduos;**
***
- **Gerir todos os aspetos da cozinha, incluindo funções operacionais, de qualidade e administrativas;**
***
- **Controlar custos sem comprometer os padrões, melhorando as margens de lucro bruto e outras metas departamentais e financeiras;**
***
- **Manter uma boa comunicação e relações de trabalho em todas as áreas do hotel;**
***
- **Recrutar, gerir, treinar e desenvolver a equipa de cozinha;**
***
- **Garantir que os horários de trabalho mensais sejam feitos e mantidos de acordo com a legislação local.**

- **Formação técnica em cozinha;**

- **Experiência anterior relevante na função e no setor de hotelaria;**

- **Capacidade de gerir pessoas e trabalhar sob pressão;**

- **Resiliente e dinâmico;**

- **Espírito de iniciativa, dinâmico e empático, com boa capacidade de comunicação;**:
