**Your day to day**:
*** O Grupo Hoteleiro PHC Hotels encontra-se a recrutar para a sua nova Unidade em Lisboa**:
*** Hostess (M/F)**
*** Responsabilidades**:
***
- **Cumprimenta e acomoda os clientes enquanto coordena as reservas dos hóspedes e responde às perguntas de maneira eficiente, cortês e profissional para alcançar a máxima satisfação do cliente;**

- **Antecipa as necessidades dos clientes, respondendo de acordo com o que o cliente necessita e reconhece os clientes regulares pelo nome;**
***
- **Transformar os altos padrões em refeições memoráveis para todos os clientes;**
***
- **Inspeciona e mantém os menus diários para garantir qualidade, condição e aparência, enquanto desenvolve um conhecimento completo de todos os itens do menu e especialidades diárias.**
**What we need from you**

- **Formação superior ou técnica/profissional na área de Gestão Hoteleira ou Técnicas de Alojamento;**
***
- **Experiência profissional anterior em cadeias hoteleiras internacionais;**
***
- **Domínio da Língua Inglesa (eliminatório);**
***
- **Capacidade de trabalho, planeamento e organização;**
***
- **Atitude positiva e proativa;**
***
- **Boa capacidade de orientação para o cliente;**
***
- **Disponibilidade e flexibilidade de horários.**
