**Position Overview**

As the Influencer Collaboration & UGC Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and
executing our influencer marketing strategy. You will be responsible for leading a dynamic
team, developing relationships with influencers, and ensuring the successful implementation
of influencer campaigns. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and
a deep understanding of social media and influencer marketing trends.

**Key Responsibilities**
**Strategy Development**
- Work closely with Partnerships Manager to align influencer and UGC campaigns with

overall marketing objectives.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive influencer and UGC marketing strategy

that aligns with the brand's values and goals.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

**Influencer Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, content creators, and

industry leaders either directly or through agencies.
- Negotiate and execute influencer contracts either directly or through agencies.,

ensuring deliverables align with campaign objectives.
- Regularly communicate with influencers either directly or through agencies. to ensure

alignment with brand messaging and values.

**Campaign Execution**
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of influencer marketing and UGC campaigns,

ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget, and meet expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative briefs and assets for influencer

collaborations.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and

recommendations for optimization.

**Measurement and Reporting**
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for influencer and UGC campaigns and

track performance against these metrics.
- Provide regular reports and analysis on the impact of influencer collaborations and

UGC, identifying opportunities for improvement.

**Team Leadership**
- Lead and inspire a team of influencer collaboration and UGC specialists.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that drives excellence in influencer

marketing.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, with a track record of successful

campaigns.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, influencer marketing trends and tools
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the campervan rental industry is a plus
