**Your next role**:
Organize and maintain personnel records
Update & Manage internal HRIS database with different information such as new hires, terminations, vacations, etc.
Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts, work certificates, and new hire guides
Manage Justifications
Liaise with external partners, like insurance providers, and ensure legal compliance
Support HRBP team with reports and relevant HR information
Support with onboarding and offboarding processes by cooperating with the Recruitment and Welcome Office teams
Answer employee’s queries about HR-related issues
Assist the payroll department with relevant data (e.g. absenteeism, leaves, work schedule, offboard data

**What you´ll need to succeed**:
Fluent in English (C1)
Degree in Human Resources / Business Management
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Good knowledge in Excel is valued
Knowledge on labor law is highly valued (additional training will be provided)
Proactivity, motivation, and a positive attitude.
