A highly motivated, dynamic, people person who will participate in the development of the agency, providing accounting, HR, and administrative support to the Portuguese market.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**1/ **Managing the administrative works
- Managing contractual documents & classify administrative documents of the company.
- Managing the travel and reception of guests of the company and the travel of Provost Portugal's collaborator.
- Managing the physical, telephone, letter, and mail reception of the company.
- Managing the organization of the companies about the garden center, building works or administrative (contact owners), cleaning, internet, electricity, alarm, and water services.
- Check the stock of necessary equipment and organize its supply for the well-being of staff and guests. Possibility of traveling to organize supplies (suppliers close to the company).

**2/** Managing accounting
- Recording of sales invoices, purchase invoices, and bank transactions.
- Organizing the payment for the payslips of collaborators and invoices of external entities.
- Control of purchase invoices.
- Control of customer payment.
- Communication of variable elements to the external payroll office & reporting/accounting department of the group.
- Monitoring and organizing different accounting elements with the external partner.

**3/ **Managing Human Resources
- Monitoring human resource elements and alert in case of necessity.
- Managing the HR file of each collaborator & all other HR files.
- Organize recruitment with our different partners. Organize the arrival and departure of collaborators.
- Monitoring and managing the training for all the collaborators.
- Organise the flow of equipment required for each employee and new employee (IT equipment, clothing, tables, etc.)

**QUALIFICATIONS**

Junior profiles.

Highly organized.

Flexibility.

Interpersonal skills.

Understanding of accounting software.

Knowledge of Excel.

Knowledge of human resources and/or accounting.

English
