**What you'll do**:

- You'll be part of the Offline Team, and support an ambitious team in their structure for growth.
- You are responsible for structural and strategic coordination of our transports with a focus on intermodal transports (SEA, Rail, Air) and monitor their appropriate fulfillment.
- You will manage, create, and check updates on transport orders and regularly communicate with internal and external partners.
- You will identify cost drivers, prepare tenders, and analyse new offers
- You support in negotiations and creating new contracts while being responsible for approving invoices and carry out customs clearance
- You evaluate and analyze operational performance indicators and optimize the existing processes.

**Who we're looking for**:

- You have previous experience of working in a comparable position, ideally in the logistics industry
- You have a quick reaction, ability to act in a changing environment and are hands-on
- You are well organized, can prioritize and have strong communication skills
- You had first touchpoints with customs clearance
- Fluent in English, any other European Language is a plus.
