The position

In order for us to be able to help our clients to be the best they can be, we need a team of first class Customer Care heroes to be their go-to person if they need support. Whether they need support with calibration, repairs, or have other ad hoc queries, you will be the face of HBK when they first get in touch. Through your work qualifying, registering and assigning queries to the most relevant internal department, it will be down to your organisational skills and customer focus that our clients continue to trust us and know that, once they have been in touch with you, they can be sure they are in good hands.

The role is based in Maia, Portugal and requires a fluent Italian and English speaker. To be great at your job, you need to know everything else can be taken care of as well. Main responsibilities

As a Customer Care Professional you will be responsible for:
- Being the first point of contact for our key customers. This could include informing them of any pricing questions, putting them in touch with some of our service teams or providing them with other ad hoc information they may have- Keep customers in the loop about our service offerings to make sure they are getting the best they can out of their relationship with HBK- Share your knowledge and expertise with colleagues across departments and locations, and learn from your peers to ensure that we, collectively, are the best we can be: for ourselves, colleagues, and customers.

Professional qualifications and experience

We have one absolute key criteria: You genuinely care about the people you work with and support

If you have experienced this in a similar role, where the customer has been in focus as well, this would be even better

Fluency in Italian and English is a main requirement but if you happen to have additional languages so you can talk to even more of our global client face that would be great. We work with SAP ERP and CRM. Experience with Salesforce is welcome.

You are most likely to become a success in this role if you like to tick off your to-do lists, have a few different things going on at the same time and stay on top of your calendar.
