We are looking for someone who can help us improve our services and customer satisfaction by performing technical tasks in the Brokerage department. You are part of this team.

**What do you do in a day?**
- Daily management of personnel and their workload (assignment of posts, monitoring of tasks, etc.).
- Communication: prior work instructions, procedures, department meetings, etc.
- Facilitate correct execution of procedures and systems management.
- Performs general brokerage and tax assessment tasks for importing international packages, to ensure business and customer satisfaction is met.
- Support on planning daily resources (and holidays), adjustments and execution of plans.
- Ensure tax complies with local Customs and others agencies regulations.
- Work as a team with colleagues in their area, to consult the company's objections, maintaining compliance with customs regulations.
- Other technical and administrative tasks inherent to the role.

**What do we expect from you?**
- Flexible and analytical, enjoy support to solving problems and decision-making.
- Vocational degree essential. Graduation degree (preferred).
- Experience or training in international trade or similar is required.
- Previous experience in team management is valued.
- Knowledge of MS Office systems: Excel, Outlook - User level.
- Fluent in Portuguese.
- English language (B1) is essential.
- Knowledge of Spanish is valued.
- Previous experience in: Logistics and Transport is valued.
- Results orientation.
- Problems solution.
- Team spirit.
- Schedule flexibility. Working hours: 15:00-23:00, Tuesday to Friday. 09:00-17:00 Saturday.
