**About the role**

**Your role**
- Coach and guide hiring managers through the recruitment process, providing a consultative approach while promoting a fair interview process
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify the Clinical team's needs
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
- Determine, together with the hiring manager the selection criteria for each position
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements and competencies
- Be part of the employer branding strategy execution
- Build relationships with relevant industry networks, universities, and institutes to attract talent
- Organise and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual hiring needs by department
- Ensure coordination between all parties to a successful onboarding of the new members of the clinical team
- Resolve and escalate, when needed, issues to the Clinical Director
- You may be part of relevant projects that involve the Clinical team or the People Team

**Requirements**:
**Who you are**
- Based in Porto, Portugal
- BSc in Psychology, Human Resources Management or another relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in the healthcare industry
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English, spoken and written
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within an organisation
- Great work ethic and a willingness to succeed and learn
- Be excited to work in a culture that encourages development and learning in an open transparent environment.
