Tu es un(e) Community Manager avec un coeur gros comme ça, animé(e) par les interactions sociales et passionné(e) de développement personnel (le concret, pas le dev perso cheesy fondé sur du vent ).
Tu es/ as:
- ** Une compréhension profonde des subtilités de chaque réseau social** et des mises à jour continues presque avant Adam Mosseri.
- ** Un goût prononcé et un intérêt naturel** pour l’humain. Tu es curieux(se), empathique et à l’écoute des personnes qui t’entourent.
- ** Stratégique, réfléchi(e), influent(e),** tu es à l’aise à l’écrit, même dans un contexte conflictuel.
- ** Un GROS plus **:tu es obsédé(e) par l'influence sous toutes ses formes, le storytelling, et avec un appétit pour le copywriting. Qui n’a aucun secret pour toi.

Il s'agit d'un poste à temps plein, exercé à distance ou depuis nos formidables bureaux de Paris, Barcelone ou Dubaï.

C'est pourquoi nous concevons des formations et des contenus pour transmettre un **ensemble d'outils et de stratégies centrés sur les soft-skills, le développement personnel et la performance.**
**Paradox n’a qu’un but **:_aider les personnes et organisations à vivre leur vraie ambition._**
Le défi est que certaines personnes vivent le fait de se former comme ennuyeux, trop difficile, ou au contraire : comme un truc de looser.
Oui, nous avons tous connu ce professeur ennuyeux ou sommes tombés sur cette vidéo avec des théories perchées.
Il faut que ça change
Pour y remédier nous nous entourons d’ingénieurs pédagogiques et de chercheurs pour décortiquer les stratégies d’entrepreneurs tels que Richard Branson, Marc Simoncini, Gary Vee), d’artistes (Gad Elmaleh) et d’athlètes de haut niveauet les transmettre de manière pédagogique.

**Aujourd’hui, cette approche a porté ses fruits,** et nous a permis de dépasser les 2 millions de followers sur les réseaux, d’organiser des événements et formations en ligne suivies par des milliers de personnes.
Mais on voulait plus, alors on a créé 2 nouvelles marques à l’ambition internationale.

**TA MISSION**
- **Véritable bras droit du social media manager, **ta mission principale est de **renforcer la notoriété de nos marques sur les réseaux sociaux et développer une relation privilégiée () avec notre audience en MULTIPLIANT X2 notre taux d’engagement sur Instagram, TikTok & FaceBook.**
Intégré à l’équipe marketing, tu reportes directement à notre Social Media Manager. Tes principales missions sont:
**1. Multiplier X2 notre taux d’engagement sur Instagram, TikTok & FaceBook**:
- Engager avec notre audience en commentaires et par messages privés pour créer un lien privilégié avec elle sur les réseaux sociaux (Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
- Planifier la publication des posts et stories sur les différents réseaux
- Identifier les profils les plus intéressés par les produits de Paradox **ET** participer au remplissage de notre bibliothèque de témoignages (100k dream wall)
- Identifier des partenaires stratégiques au sein même de notre audience (influenceurs, journalistes, entrepreneurs, affiliés )
- Modérer les commentaires de nos prospects sur les contenus publicitaires
**2. Augmenter l’engagement et la rétention des participants à nos présentations online**:
- Accueillir la communauté lors de nos présentations online hebdomadaires
- Modérer les commentaires
- Transmettre les commentaires et feedbacks de la communauté aux équipes concernées
- Interagir avec la communauté pour augmenter la rétention lors de nos événements (quiz, sondages, concours )
**3. Co-produire, créer et poster des contenus innovants, viraux et engageants sur les réseaux sociaux**:
- Mettre en place un calendrier éditorial ambitieux et implémenter une stratégie de social media
