**About the job**
- BNPP Wealth Management Trailer Fees team is looking to expand and it will do so in Portugal. This is a very interesting opportunity to join the growing PIMH family as a Trailer Fees Officer

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Trailer Fees for Third Party Managers and External Relationship Manager- Setting up Third Party Managers and External Relationship Manager contracts, requested by the front office- Administrative management of contracts, codification in the systems and update of the Oracle database- Calculate periodicals amounts due to Third Party Managers and External Relationship Manager- Generate and send accounting documents, payments orders and credit notes, in collaboration with accounting department- Reconciliation and payment follow up- Answer requests, queries linked to the activity- Collaboration with the front office and other banks departments- Elaborate and proceed with the reporting and quarterly numbers- Follow up Incident and resolution- Periodical certification of position to the Third Party Managers and External Relationship Manager- Trailer fees for Funds- Reception and control of amounts received quarterly- Manage the follow up and recoveries for unpaid amount to the bank from the fund promoters- Regular contacts with asset managers or management companies- Regular contacts with Fund Channel, to follow commission payments for external funds- Implementation of payment flows for the news contracts- Produce the provisions and the trailer fees rate on a monthly basis- Produce monthly reporting about activity indicators-
- Follow up and adjustment of the trailer fees table for Wealth Management International Sites**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Bachelor Degree in Economy, Finance, Business Administration or Accounting
- At least 3 years of Experience in Banking Activities and Operations, in particular stock exchange operations, funds, among others
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Pack (MS Excel)
- Knowledge in data handling
- Fluent in English
- Rigor and analytical spirit
- Organizational ability
- Customer-oriented
- Strong team spirit
- Oral and written communication

**About the Team**
- The main objective of the Trailer Fees team is- Administrative management of contracts with External Relationship Manager and Third Party Managers- Calculate and accounting of periodicals payments- Control and follow up of Trailer fees paid to the bank, by management companies or asset managers#LI-Hybrid
