**Sales Manager (M/F) - (V.N. Gaia)**
**Profile**:
- Bachelor or Master in Mechanical | Materials Engineering | Chemical engineering
- 4/5 years of experience in sales roles (ideally coming from footwear; packaging or aerospace industry)
- Experience on industrial environment and international sales (ideally in UK markets)
- Advanced knowledge of English (mandatory)
- P&L Knowledge
- Good sales skills (prospecting; opening; negotiation, follow up)
- Available for travelling (30%/40%)
**Main responsibilities**:
- Achieve sales targets in the segments and geographical area under responsibility, in accordance with both the sales plan and the operational plan for the geographical area.
- Plan, prepare and carry out the schedule of visits to all customers ensuring the reporting to the Commercial Director, while also prospecting future business in their geographical area.
- Answer to customer requests/orders, regarding product specifications, prices, availability and shipment of samples, coordinating with the Global Product.
- Contribute to solve technical and commercial issues raised by customers, in partnership with the customer service, production planning and finance dept. to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify and develop joint solutions, together with the customer's or partner's technical team, including through meetings, with the intention of translating customer needs into technical specifications, with the goal of developing solutions tailored to segment customer needs.
