**What you'll do**:

- You will join our in-house creative team and work closely with designers, copywriters, strategists, marketeers, researchers and engineers to plan, manage and deliver high-quality projects in a timely manner.
- You will identify and structure creative challenges and briefs that bring the best out of the creative team.
- You will develop project plans with an agile approach.
- You will delegate and communicate project tasks to team members.
- You will monitor and manage project statuses.
- You will expand the scope of your projects with the collaboration of strategists and performance marketing insights.

**Who we're looking for**:

- You have developed skills and working experience in account management and/or project management.
- You are used to leading in a fast-paced growth environment involving time-sensitive, complex projects.
- You understand the different milestones of a digital project and the roles/responsibilities of digital creative teams.
- You have great stakeholder management skills and can deal with internal teams and external agencies and freelancers in parallel.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office and common project management software.
