**The role**:The Marketing Manager role is responsible for the strategy, planning and execution of assets and marketing activities for studios across different regions (whether direct to Franchise Partners or Master Franchisees or other Licensees). The Marketing Manager is also responsible for the planning and delivery of the Franchisor’s franchisee funnel. In doing so, the Marketing Manager will manage key marketing platforms and agencies for effective delivery of marketing operations.

**Key responsibilities**:
As the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the following:
**Driving commercial performance and **governance**
- Builds the tri-annual marketing plans (TRIB3’s four monthly planning cycles) for our network of studios, working alongside the Brand Manager, Operations team, and Master Franchisees to ensure the delivery of commercial targets, specifically lead generation targets.
- Supports the Master Franchisee Marketing Managers to curate monthly planners for each region which ladder from and complement the tri-annual plan.
- Ensure plans are effectively communicated to franchise network and that learnings are consistently built into the marketing planning process.
- Creates strong working relationships with surrounding teams, and media agencies to ensure effective and efficient ways of working.
- Works with Brand Manager to ensure the brand is effectively translated in all markets.
- Working with multi-platform scheduling tools and platforms such as CANVA and Get Response to support the franchise network with their social media delivery.

**Social media content strategy and delivery**
- Alongside the Brand Manager, the Marketing Manager is responsible for monitoring the quality of content on all social media channels.
- Drive the brand narrative through marketing strategies targeted at franchise acquisition and funnel.
- Stay at the forefront of media trends to ensure TRIB3 is an early adopter of pertinent innovations.

**Franchise Partner recruitment performance marketing**
- Works with the C-suite to design Franchise Partner recruitment marketing plans and strategies to build TRIB3’s brand awareness as a franchisor and meet lead generation targets.
- Critically assesses the performance of the marketing plans and strategies to optimise this plan.
- Cultivates strong relationships with key franchise affiliate and governing bodies and seeks to find new partners to increase reach and exposure.

**Budget management and reporting**
- Controls and tracks marketing spend to ensure delivery of organisational brand and commercial targets to allotted budget.
- Ensure post-campaign analysis is in place for all marketing activity.
- Completes regular marketing reporting striving for continual optimisation of marketing spend and associated delivery.

**Website ownership**
- Ensure both customer facing and franchise webpages are up to date, reflect the brand, and are optimised for SEO

**Behaviours, required experience and qualifications**:
The Marketing Manager will have:
**Experience**
- A minimum of five years’ experience in marketing
- Previous experience in leading a team
- Excellent project management skills to ensure marketing deliverables are met.
- Proven track-record of delivering high-performing marketing and social media campaigns. In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search, retargeting, and social network advertising (Facebook, Google, Tiktok and more)
- Confident in reporting and presenting with proven track record in campaign analysis and optimisation
- Experience in analysing consumer insights and marketing planning
- Strong understanding of digital marketing with hands-on channel experience
- Confident in creating and curating content
- Previous experience working across different cultures
- Experience with multi-site marketing is preferred
- Strong copywriting abilities

- Must speak fluent English and be capable of curating the nuances in English copy
- Strong team player with excellent relationship-management and communication skills
- Organised and structured with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
- A customer champion - always focused on putting the customer at the heart of decision-making
- Not afraid to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in
- A passion for health and fitness is desired. We love team workouts and being hands-on
- Availability to travel
