We are seeking a **Marketing Program Manager **for **Acolad Life Sciences.**
As a **Marketing Program Manager**, you will **be at the forefront of our marketing initiatives**, **responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing programs that drive brand visibility, engagement, and growth**.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies, ensuring that our programs align with our business goals and resonate with our target audience.
Your **creative mindset** and **data-driven approach** will be instrumental in shaping our marketing programs for success.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Cultivate and nurture corporate relationships through strategic participation in company-sponsored events, trade shows, conferences, and professional associations. Develop strong ties with press and media outlets.
- Develop and execute marketing programs to enhance awareness of Acolad’s band and its value-added services within the industry.
- Oversee end-to-end event planning and logistics, ensuring exceptional event experiences and measurable return on investment (ROI).
- Contribute to the regional marketing plan, encompassing events, account-based campaigns, and digital initiatives aimed at targeted engagement and lead generation.
- Provide detailed reporting on event and campaign performance, analyze results, and suggest enhancements for future initiatives.
- Manage client contact databases, personalize direct mailing campaigns, and foster positive relationships with both current and potential clients.
- Utilize Salesforce to monitor lead progression, gather feedback, and adjust plans to meet targets effectively.
- Collaborate with partners and execute joint channel marketing campaigns to broaden outreach and impact.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics.
**Requirements**:
- A completed bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 7+ years’ experience in marketing, ideally in B2B or highly regulated environments.
- Previous experience in global marketing programs or digital marketing.
- Fluent **English.**:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Growth-oriented and results-driven, with a strong understanding of demand generation, lead generation, and account-based marketing strategies.
- Experience with **CMS tools.**
