About the Role

This exciting opportunity combines data analysis and operations to drive business efficiency in a dynamic environment. As a Buying Program Lifecycle Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting internal stakeholders with operational guidance around Enterprise Agreements and other Cisco Buying Programs.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure all interactions with our sellers are documented and perform data analysis to support decision-making.
  • Support the evolution of the operating model in the buying program space by feeding Artificial Intelligence (AI) models' interactive knowledge base.
  • Optimize and enhance internal workflows and engagement models in a digital context.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools and process workflows.
  • Effective Communication/Interpersonal Skills.
  • High intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies and concepts.

Qualifications
  • Including but not limited to a graduate/upcoming graduate with a degree in Data Science, Business, Economics, or a related field.

What We Offer

Cisco offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Owing to the unique nature of this role, we estimate that the average salary will be around $95,000 per annum in Oeiras, Portugal. You will also have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage cutting-edge technologies to drive business efficiency.
