The new model is rooted in the vision of “implementing and adopting a programmatic sales motion which is based in a best-in-industry digital savvy talent, a standard process and methodology that will be supported by best-in-class sales technology”.

We're looking for a Programmatic Sales Technology Program Manager to help accelerate and implement our GVSE Programmatic Sales motions across the globe. In this critical GVSE role, you will be responsible for managing sales engagement technology, specifically conversation intelligence (Gong), & driving governance and efficiency across sales technology in GVSE.
- Own the configuration and integration of Gong, ensuring that Gong is aligned to our sales processes.
- Assist in the enhancement of existing sales technology (including but not limited to LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo & People.AI)
- Responsible for understanding sales processes, supporting sales tech, and related insights.
- Responsible for managing multiple sales engagement technologies while ensuring global consistency with regional effectiveness and scalability.
- Build business partnerships by developing strong relationships with both internal and external partners, formally and informally through collaboration and communication.
- Ensure that the quality of project deliverables meets requirements set forth by sales leadership.

**Who You Are**
- Typically requires BA/BS degree or equivalent plus 5+ years related experience.
- Strong, proven track record of process improvement and complex systems implementation.
- Advanced knowledge of sales engagement platforms such as Gong
- Experience with Outreach.io, People.AI, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end virtual sales process and supporting digital platforms.
- Ability to identify, analyze and develops risk response plans and initiate proactive and corrective action.
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel skills
- Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Conflict resolution, problem solving, decision making and deadline oriented.
- Self-motivated and creative. Comfortable receiving mínimal direction toward daily goals and objectives.
- Flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment.
