The new model is rooted in the vision of “implementing and adopting a programmatic sales motion which is based in a best-in-industry digital savvy talent, a standard process and methodology that will be supported by best in class sales technology”.

We're looking for a Programmatic Sales Technology Systems Admin to help accelerate and implement our GVSE Programmatic Sales motions across the globe. In this critical GVSE role, you will standardize and optimize the design of digital sales process for sales teams. You will be responsible for managing sales engagement technology and driving governance and efficiency in the global virtual sales and engineering team.
- Responsible for learning & understanding sales processes and our programmatic sales flow.
- Manage all aspects of user and license management including new user setup, user deactivation, roles, teams, and permission sets.
- Partner with Activation team and sales org to operate as front-line support.
- Work with technology SMEs to learn how to triage and prioritize enhancement and change requests.
- Research enhancements and build use case for sales engagement tools (including but not limited to Outreach.io, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo & People.AI).
- Responsible for running internal processes and assessments such as infosec, privacy, and works councils from start to finish.
- Build business partnerships by developing strong relationships with both internal and external partners, formally and informally through collaboration and communication.
- Assist with the creation of documentation to educate and enable stakeholder teams.

**Who You Are**
- Typically requires BA/BS degree or equivalent plus 1+ years related experience.
- Experience ideally includes sales process improvements and sales operations/enablement management.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems with moderate complexity.
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel skills
- Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Conflict resolution, problem solving, decision making and deadline oriented.
- Self-motivated and creative.
- Flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment.
