As **Sales Ops manager** for Acolad, you will be the main point of contact for local sales teams (located across Europe and in the US) for any topic related to our Sales Stack and sales processes. You will be instrumental in providing insights to Sales Management on their Sales teams performance and maintaining the best environment possible for our Sales teams to reach their objectives. You will contribute greatly to developing a data driven approach with improved forecasting and dashboarding capabilities.
**Missions**:
**Sales process and analytics**
- Identify opportunities to improve the operational efficiency of the current lead-to-order process and implement accordingly in the sales tech stack (Salesforce, Salesloft, Linkedin Sales Navigator etc.)
- Define and improve KPI monitoring by developing reports and dashboards in the sales systems to generate business insights
**Sales tools project management**
- Administrate and be **the business operational owner** for sales tools. Stay up to date with the new sales features, technologies and products, ready to implement new solutions that could be potentially impactful
- Work closely with IT team to ensure tool improvement implementation and data integration
- Educate new joiners and manage changes for existing users on sales tools by providing trainings and maintaining the knowledge management space (Sales Playbook) on Confluence
**Sales tools program management**
- Drive adoption & effectiveness of the sales tools by designing and leading various sales enabling initiatives (championship program, power user committees etc.)
- Create, Animate, lead proactively Sales programs initiatives by collaborating with our Growth team, Marketing and Sales leaders
- Monitor closely ROI of our tools and propose improvements, actions to increase usage level and revenue generation.
**Communication & stakeholder management**
- Manage all sales ops communications channels in coordination with Internal Comms
- Partner with Sales Leadership, Growth, Marketing, IT and Data on various internal projects (Migration, Group Reporting, Demand Generation etc.)
**Sales support**
- Manage level 1 support and manage requests on sales tools in collaboration with technical support team and Sales Ops assistant
- Automate manual and repetitive tasks to improve operational efficiency
**Requirements**:
- 3 years+ experience in the fields of sales/business/marketing operations or sales excellence/enablement
- Expertise in sales tech stack, Salesforce administration experience mandatory
- Business acumen and passion for data, technologies, and process optimization
- Excellent communication skills to engage a wide range of audience and collaborate internally and externally
- Strategic & analytical thinking and creativity
- Details and process oriented
- Able to manage multiple priorities and multitask effectively in a fast-paced business environment
- Perfect English, French is a plus
