As a Strategic Buying Program Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting internal stakeholders with operational guidance around Enterprise Agreements and other Cisco Buying Programs.
You will ensure all interactions with our sellers are documented and perform data analysis to support decision-making around the evolution of the operating model in the buying program space. You will also have the ability to feed Artificial Intelligence (AI) models' interactive knowledge base to optimize and enhance internal workflows and engagement models in a digital context.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for problem resolution and innovation, we encourage you to apply.
