**THE ROLE**
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as an **Applications Service Delivery Manager and Change Manager **for an international project in the financial area.
**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**
Over 2 years’ experience at a similar position;
Experience with Risk identification and follow-up;
Experience in evaluating the impact of planned organisational change.
Identifying risks and developing risk mitigation tactics and managing anticipated resistance to change;
Oral and written fluency in English;
Ability to lead and manage teams and resources;
Aptitude for problem solving and creating solutions;
Resilient and pressure-resistant spirit;
Enjoyment of teamwork;
Analytical and technical skills;
Rigorous attitude and attention to detail;
Ease of communication with the entire team;
Compliance with deadlines.
