Job Details

Key responsibilities
- Work closely with partners to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhancements to the current IGA systems and processes.
- Design and implement improvements to the current IGA systems
- Develop and maintain standards and procedures, for IAM processes, to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Perform regular assessments and audits of the IGA systems to identify and address any security risks or compliance issues.
- Develop and implement IAM-related security controls to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the organization's data.
- Maintain and troubleshoot IGA systems and components, including but not limited to LDAP, Active Directory, and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.
- Continuously monitor IGA systems to identify and remediate any potential security vulnerabilities or operational issues.
- Provide technical expertise and mentorship to other teams, within the organization, on IGA-related issues and solutions.

Skills and experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), including experience with IAM technologies such as Azure AD, SailPoint or Saviynt, LDAP, Active Directory, and SSO solutions.
- Experience with cloud-based infrastructure, specifically Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with identity and access management standard methodologies, policies, and procedures
- Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally as part of a team.
- An ability to adapt to changing requirements.
- Strong self-motivation, a self-starter
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Solid sense of ownership and delivery focus
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- An ability to communicate sophisticated technical information simply and clearly.

In addition, experience in the following areas would be a plus:

- Cyber Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
- Development background, with experience in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python and/or Jscript/JavaScript
- Experience with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Experience with SailPoint or Saviynt.
