- Expert in the Contingent Workforce environment
- Extensive communication with internal stakeholders involved in the Contingent workforce like Recruiters, HR BPs, Managers, and Business at large
- Extensive communication and daily liaison with Contingent workforce agencies
- Liaison with the Contingent Workforce Officer to ensure smooth contingent Workforce administration
- Pro-actively share local best practices with other members of the team to ensure improvement of local execution
- Support the Contingent Work Force Manager for any topic in relation to the Contingent workforce (rate bands, frame agreement, etc..)
- Ensure Contingent Workforce evaluation (SQR) in liaison with HRBP’s and Managers
- Ensure our legal and compliance rules related to agency contracts and Contingency workforce documentation

**The requirements.**
- Experience in administrative work
- Experience in a coordination role
- Experience in vendor management will be a plus (not mandatory)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with SuccessFactors will be a plus (not mandatory)
- Good English level

- Ability to coordinate and interface with various internal and external stakeholders
- Good organizational skills; able to manage priorities
- Ability to adapt to changing work environments and work priorities
- Pro-active and on top of things will be a plus
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality performance and a positive attitude
