**Your Role as a Customer Support Expert**:

- Provide top-notch customer service across European markets.
- Engage with customers promptly and professionally through various channels.
- Transform customer concerns into satisfaction, ensuring a positive experience.
- Serve as the go-to person for requests, tickets, and orders.
- Approach all communications with respect and a focus on solutions.

**What We Expect From You**:

- Excel in communication and teamwork.
- Bring a proactive, customer-centric attitude to the table.
- Adapt quickly to changing situations and deliver results independently.
- Embrace collaboration and enjoy sharing experiences.
- Demonstrate reliability, trustworthiness, and hold a high school diploma or higher.
- Have at least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Fluent in Danish (Dansk) - Essential.
- Possess a B2 level of English for effective communication.
