**A Snapshot of Your Day**

This role in the Data Excellence and Governance team is a key supporter to the Customer & Supplier “Success Manager, helping them to define opportunities to create business value through “fixing the foundations” in a particular domain of data. The Data Analyst analyzes and visualizes Customer & Supplier domain related data with the aim of identifying and highlighting key business needs - to serve as an input for improving processes, services and products.

**How you'll make an impact capabilities/ responsibility**:

- Work closely with the key Customer & Supplier domain stakeholders in order to identify pain points along key business processes and IT transformation programs
- Understand, cleanse and analyze Customer & Supplier data relating to key business processes and IT transformation programs, to define priorities for DXDG efforts (e.g., Data Quality issues that need to be resolved in order to enhance business value)
- Visualize the results of the Customer & Supplier data analysis to convey a clear message to key stakeholders and support DXDG decisions for domain
- Translate Customer & Supplier priorities into DXDG requirements in collaboration with DXDG workstream leads (Data Quality, Metadata Management, etc.)
- Support DXDG with the implementation of corrective actions, esp. for Data Quality issues, at a Customer & Supplier domain level
- Prepare and analyze data as input for DXDG scorecards, reporting for projects and similar
- Support to drive compliance to established standards and metrics
- Provide support to the building of a successful relationship between business, data and IT
- Prepare high-quality documentation about findings that can be shared across the organization
- Coordinate and prepare meetings to discuss data analysis findings

Non-technical
- Detailed knowledge and experience of Customer & Supplier related business process areas and the IT and data that support these processes
- Understanding of key Data Management capabilities and their implications for business
- Flexibility and growth mindset, to take on new challenges
- Ability to work well in diverse teams and actively contribute to an inclusive team culture
- Ability to work with an agile, product mindset - delivering MVP fast and iterating rapidly
- A natural bridge builder, able to join many different threads together in a cohesive whole

Technical
- Understanding of the Customer & Supplier data specific technology architecture
- Understanding of key tools used in the context of Data Management (Data Quality, Metadata Management etc.)
- Ability to use data analysis tools, that allow the analysis of large amounts of data (e.g., Mathlab, Python, R, )
- Ability to use data visualization tools (insert SE standard tool)
